After a year full of exciting initiatives, transforming our properties, supporting charitable causes, celebrating the holidays, and tasting more than a few galettes, it’s time to look ahead at the major projects that will shape 2026 at KER Hospitality. Are you coming along for the ride ?
New Openings
This year, KER Hospitality continues its expansion with several new property openings.

First up : TRIBE Paris Suresnes, opening on Quai Gallieni in spring 2026. This 4 star hotel, featuring 104 modernly designed rooms, will highlight a trendy restaurant, a coworking space, and a rooftop with a bar, swimming pool, and stunning views of the Seine. Not too shabby, right ? There’s also a modern fitness center and a 49-space parking lot, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of today’s travelers.

Following TRIBE Paris Batignolles, the first French location of Accor’s most Australian brand, TRIBE Paris Suresnes will be joined by TRIBE Montpellier Gare Sud de France, scheduled to open later in 2026.
Heading west ! In February, an Ibis Budget, the “little sibling” of our existing Ibis in Pontorson, will open in Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, just minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, one of France’s most treasured landmarks.
This new KER Hospitality property will offer 62 modern and functional rooms, a bright breakfast room, and a meeting room accommodating up to 12 participants—a perfect base for exploring the region in any circumstance.
Rebrandings

Following the recent rebrandings of our Lille and Lyon properties, formerly Mercure, now respectively Maison Louise – Handwritten Collection Lille Centre and Grand Hôtel des Brotteaux Lyon Centre—2026 continues the journey of transformation.

Here’s what’s on the agenda:
- Mercure Strasbourg Centre Gare will soon undergo a makeover to adopt a brand-new identity under the former TRIBE concept by the end of the year.
- The restaurant at Novotel Lille Aéroport, Lesquin is currently being transformed. In just a few weeks, it will reopen as Brasserie du Parc, a fully redesigned brasserie concept promising a warm and indulgent culinary experience.
Renovations… and more renovations
At KER Hospitality, renovations are at the heart of our projects. This year, several of our properties will see their spaces redesigned to offer guests an ever more welcoming and high-quality experience. Let’s take a look :
- Novotel Marseille Centre Prado Vélodrome will undergo a complete renovation of its lobby and dining area, while Holiday Inn Paris Opéra Grands Boulevards has already revamped its breakfast room earlier this year.
- Meanwhile, Maison Louise is finalizing its overall renovation, including meeting rooms and the fitness center.
- Other projects are also underway, such as Ibis Budget Ambérieu-en-Bugey Château-Gaillard and Mercure Thionville, which will see all its rooms renovated during 2026.
Leadership changes
After 14 years of dedicated service, our Chief Operating Officer is stepping down to embark on a new adventure : retirement. The transition has been underway for several months with Stéphane Sonnet, his successor, who joined KER Hospitality in 2025. Stéphane comes from a career at Accor, where he held roles in sales and operations in the Rhône-Alpes region, before overseeing the development of food, beverage, and wellness services across Europe.
The year 2026 promises to be a dynamic one, marked by ambitious openings, strategic rebrandings, and major renovations. Through each of these projects, KER Hospitality’s goal remains the same: to create modern, welcoming, and engaging spaces that people love to experience
