As the holiday season approaches, KER Hospitality is taking a moment to reflect on a year full of change and momentum. On the agenda: A new Green Key certification, an impressive fundraising effort for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, several rebrandings, and major renovation projects. Ready for a recap?

Responsible Tourism at the heart of our mission
Once again this year, KER Hospitality’s properties have gone the extra mile to earn the renowned Green Key eco-label, which since the 90s has distinguished establishments committed to continuous environmental progress.
As a reminder, the Green Key program takes a comprehensive approach to environmental issues, focusing on themes such as environmental policy, guest awareness, water consumption, energy and waste management, responsible purchasing, and overall quality of life within our establishments.
In 2025, more than 89% of our properties secured the label for 2026. A milestone we’re extremely proud of, and one that motivates us to keep pushing further in this direction.

Pink October : Over 22,000€ raised
As it is every year at KER Hospitality, the month of October was dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer. A large majority of our properties took action alongside the Ruban Rose association through the “no maid service = one donation” initiative. Thanks to this simple gesture, €22,461.20 was collected to support the fight against breast cancer.

Rebranding, renovations and modernisation : a year of major projects
2025 also brought significant upgrades aimed at enhancing guest comfort and overall quality across our hotels. Among the main projects:
- Ibis Styles Strasbourg Nord Palais des Congrès : first floor
- Ibis Budget Bourg-en-Bresse : lobby and rooms
- Ibis Budget Mâcon Sud : common areas and rooms
- Holiday Inn Opéra – Grands Boulevards : breakfast room
- Novotel Marseille Centre Prado Vélodrome : meeting room
- Ibis Budget Rennes Route de Saint-Malo : ground floor, rooms and corridors
- Ibis Budget Pertuis Portes du Lubéron : common areas and corridors
- Mercure Libourne Saint-Émilion : meeting room
- Ibis Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel : swimming pool
- Ibis Gap Centre : ceilings and common areas
We also completed major rebranding work on two former Mercure hotels in Lille and Lyon, now transformed into entirely new properties: Maison Louise – Handwritten Collection and Grand Hôtel des Brotteaux – Handwritten Collection.
Several construction projects are also underway, including TRIBE Montpellier Gare Sud de France, TRIBE Paris Suresnes, and Ibis Budget Mont-Saint-Michel, all of which will soon open their doors.
These renovation, construction and rebranding initiatives significantly strengthen the appeal and modernity of our hotels.
Thanks to the dedication of our teams and the trust of our guests, 2025 stands out as both a pivotal and ambitious year. In 2026, KER Hospitality will continue developing a hospitality experience that is sustainable, community-minded and driven by excellence and innovation.
